We only buy fish from some of the world's cleanest waters. The Scandinavian fishermen retrieve their catches in the Barents Sea, the Norwegian Sea, the North Sea, the Kattegat and the Baltic Sea or in the North Atlantic around Greenland, the Faroe Islands, Iceland and Svalbard - clean waters with abundant fish amounts of a quality which is highly appreciated worldwide.
The fishermen return from the sea every day and we only buy the absolute freshest quality.
We are MSC- and ASC-certified and can provide documented sustainably caught fish to the extent of our customers´ requests.
